The bridge at Plandište, known as the Roman Bridge, crosses the river Bosna at the western edge of the city, about two kilometres from the source. It is said to owe its name to stones from Roman-era buildings reused by its Ottoman builders. Our advice: stop here on the way to or from Vrelo Bosne.
