About Ćevabdžinica Kastel
Kastel served its first Banja Luka ćevapi in February 1978: larger, square-cut “sticks” joined in a block, served in a deep somun. It is a good way to taste the other great school of Bosnian ćevapi without leaving Baščaršija. Our advice: order a portion of each style, here and at a Sarajevo grill, and compare.
